Drinking: SU continually affordable, alcohol from £1.20 a pint.

Nightlife: A lot occurring in SU with big name groups eg Substance Bros, JJ72, SuperGrass, Poorly Attracted Boy, Doves, Cool Play, Travis. Excellent groups such as The Welsh team, Community, Zone.

Locals: No student bitterness in Cardiff and no troublesome places in town; affordable area to get insured; good local cab services.

Sports: Health and fitness and health center and activities centers variety from free SU/university features to outstanding but more costly Cannons fitness centre. Regularly, velodrome and an ice rink.

Travel: Reduced journey from STA Travel (in collaboration with SU).

Financial help: Small accessibility resources.

Jobs: Best implement beginning for tasks (as soon as possible after arriving). Unistaff plan gives learners up to 15 hours work per 7 days. Numerous organizations in town; tasks in SU cafes and stores.
